ASNS Ingredient is a joint venture between the two largest Latvian farmer cooperatives, Latrap and VAKS. Latvian Farmer members trading cooperative. www.asns.eu . The company is developing a modern pea-protein production facility in Latvia. They present their vision of the pea protein market, and provide a brief overview of the planned facility. They also give some ideas for future cooperation in the industry.
